INITIAL CALL  |  $150

During your wellness coaching calls, we’ll examine all aspects of your health, just like an in-office acupuncture session. In our 60-minute initial call, we’ll discuss everything from your energy levels, sleep, digestion, and emotional well-being to your lifestyle and stress management. This comprehensive approach helps me understand your unique needs and create a personalized plan.


Based on our conversation, I’ll provide you with tailored recommendations that may include:

  • Herbal formulas to support your health

  • Dietary and supplement suggestions

  • Lifestyle adjustments, including stress-reducing techniques like breathing exercises or Qi Gong

  • Other exercises to improve physical and emotional well-being

FOLLOW-UP CALLS  |  $95

In follow-up 30-minute calls, we’ll check your progress, address any concerns, and adjust your plan to ensure continued success. These calls are a great opportunity to stay on track and refine your approach for lasting results.
